SJVN Green Energy Ltd signs JV agreement with APDCL

The Wholly Owned Subsidiary of SJVN Ltd i.e., SJVN Green Energy Limited ("SGEL") has signed a Joint Venture Cum Shareholders Agreement with Assam Power Distribution Company Limited ("APDCL") on 08th April, 2024.

SGEL will subscribe 51% shareholding in joint venture Company.

The JV is for Development of Renewable Energy Projects / Parks within APDCL / SGEL or SJVN command area and on pan-India basis.

Shares of SJVN Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 135.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 135.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1717903 in over 9971 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 137.15 and intraday low of 133.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 231870278.00.
