The Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre has approved the change of name of the Company from ARCHANA SOFTWARE LIMITED Limited' to 'POPEES CARES LIMITED' effective from April 05, 2024 and accordingly a certificate of incorporation pursuant to change of name has been issued in this regard.
