Globus Spirits Ltd commissions additional capacity at its two units

On 28th March 2024, Globus Spirits Ltd commenced commercial production of additional capacity at two of its existing units located at District East Singhbhum, Jharkhand and atPanagarh, Dist:Burdwan, West Bengal.

With this expansion the capacity of the units is increased from 140KLPD to 200KLPD at Jharkand and from 240KLPD to 300KLPD at West Bengal. The additional capacity will be used for various products including ENA and Ethanol. The expansion has been completed with a total investment of Rs.142crs financed largely through internal accruals and a term loan drawdown of Rs.14crs.

Shares of Globus Spirits Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 664.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 674.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 83666 in over 4446 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 698.30 and intraday low of 656.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 57138208.00.
