Revolt Intellicorp Pvt Ltd acquires Neoseller Ltd

Revolt Intellicorp Private Limited (Revolt), a wholly owned subsidiary of RattanIndia Enterprises Limited (the Company) has acquired 100% stake of 'Neoseller Limited' consequent to which, it has become a wholly owned subsidiary company of Revolt and a step down wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

'Neoseller Limited' intends to start its dealerships which shall directly sell the products of Revolt and also provide after sale services to the customers. Further, an application for change of name of Neoseller Limited to 'Revolt Coco Limited' has been made and the same is pending for approval from the MCA.

Shares of RattanIndia Enterprises Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 69.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 69.82. The total number of shares traded during the day was 269846 in over 1993 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 72.52 and intraday low of 68.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 19128347.00.
