Woodpecker Distilleries to commence trial production of expansion project at Hassan

Woodpecker Distilleries, a subsidiary of Som Distilleries & Breweries Limited and a prominent player in the beverage industry in Southern India has announced that with the help of recent infusion of equity, the expansion project at Hassan has been fast-tracked allowing it to commence trial production well in time to leverage the peak beer consumption season. The comany will be commencing trial runs on 30th March 2024 with the help of this equity investment in the subsidiary company.
