Pokarna Ltd announces closure of Apparel Division

The Board of directors of Pokarna Ltd has approved closure of Apparel Division of the Company w.e.f. close of business hours on 31st March, 2024.

Despite concerted efforts to turn around its performance, the Apparel Division has consistently faced operational challenges and financial losses, rendering its continuation no longer feasible.

Shares of Pokarna Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 432.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 440.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1869 in over 148 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 439.25 and intraday low of 431.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 812440.00.
