Modulus Alternatives Investment Managers Ltd to raise funds

Modulus Alternatives Investment Managers Limited ("Modulus"), an Investment Manager for Alternate Investment Funds has executed definitive documents to raise about INR 16.5 Cr. through issue of fresh equity shares to the Company and to one other investor on 22 March 2024. After the proposed allotment of shares, Modulus will cease to be a wholly-owned Subsidiary of Centrum Capital Limited and the Company would hold an equity stake of 82.35% in Modulus.

Shares of Centrum Capital Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 29.54 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 29.24. The total number of shares traded during the day was 108141 in over 748 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 30.10 and intraday low of 28.80. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3214667.00.
