Sharon Bio-Medicine Ltd resumes commercial operations from March 21, 2024

Sharon Bio-Medicine Limited (material subsidiary of Innova Captab Limited) had earlier announced regarding fire incident that took place at Sharon Bio-Medicine Limited manufacturing facility on February 26, 2023, situated at Plot No L6, MIDC Area, Taloja, Panvel, Dist: Raigad, Maharashtra. Due to the fire incident, the operations of Line II was suspended and subsequently stopped.

Now, Sharon Bio-Medicine Limited (material subsidiary of Company) has completed all the required processes for re-commencement of commercial operations of Line II of manufacturing facility situated at Plot No L6, MIDC Area, Taloja, Panvel, Dist: Raigad, Maharashtra and the commercial operations resumed from March 21, 2024 onwards.

Shares of Innova Captab Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 469.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 474.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4454 in over 327 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 483.00 and intraday low of 463.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2095006.00.
