Muthoot Capital Services Ltd completes securitization transaction, raising Rs. 61.44 crore

Muthoot Capital Services Limited has completed a securitization transaction, raising an amount of ₹ 61,44,72,592/- (Rupees Sixty-One Crores Forty-Four Lakhs Seventy-Two Thousand Five Hundred and Ninety-Two Only) by assignment of loan receivables aggregating to ₹ 66,07,23,217/- (Rupees Sixty-Six Crores Seven Lakhs Twenty Three Thousand Two Hundred and Seventeen Only), on March 21, 2024.

This is the Second securitization / direct assignment transaction carried out by the Company during the FY 2023 - 2024.

The entire pool is from the non - priority sector and has been taken after considering the guidelines prescribed by the Reserve Bank of India in this regard.

Shares of Muthoot Capital Services Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 285.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 282.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5262 in over 261 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 292.00 and intraday low of 281.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1511749.00.
