Aditya Vision Ltd declares special dividend of Rs. 5.10

The Board of Directors of Aditya Vision Ltd in its meeting held today i.e. Wednesday, March 20, 2024 have, considered and approved the declaration of special dividend as an interim dividend of 51% or ₹5.10 on face value of ₹10/- each per equity share for the financial year 2023-24, to commemorate Company's 25th year of existence.

Friday, March 29, 2024 shall be reckoned as the "Record Date" for the purpose of determining the entitlement of shareholders for payment of Interim Dividend. The payment shall be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration.

Shares of Aditya Vision Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 3191.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3124.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4140 in over 482 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 3231.95 and intraday low of 3080.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 13099508.00.
