Prithvi Exchange India Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Prithvi Exchange India Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. March 20, 2024 at 11.30 A.M. has considered and declared an Interim Dividend for the Financial year 2023-2024 of Rs.2/- per equity share (20%) on the fully paid up equity shares of the face value of Rs.10 /- per share.

Friday March 29, 2024 has been fixed as 'Record Date' to determine the list of eligible members for the payment of Interim Dividend.
