Dhani Services Limited update on real estate projects

Dhani Services Limited, through its wholly owned subsidiary companies, has:

- Submitted the building plans to the Directorate of Town and Country Planning (DTCP) for approvals of 60 lac sq ft of residential development saleable area in Sector 104, Gurugram located on 8 lane Dwarka Express way. The Project is proposed to be launched in July' 2024.

- Submitted the building plans for development of saleable area of 2.6 lac sq ft of office space in Worli, Mumbai. The Project is expected to be launched in August' 2024.

Shares of Dhani Services Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 36.14 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 34.94. The total number of shares traded during the day was 320057 in over 1093 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 36.71 and intraday low of 35.20. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 11447660.00.
