KP Green Engineering SME IPO fully subscribed on Day 1

The SME Initial Public Offering of KP Green Engineering Limited was fully subscribed on the first day of bidding led by all the categories of investors.

The issue received bids of 1,52,93,000 shares against the offered 94,10,000 equity shares, at a price band of ₹137-144, according to the data available on the stock exchange. Overall the issue was subscribed 1.63 times.

Retail Portion and Qualified Institutional Buyer Portion was subscribed 1.96 times and 1.69 times respectively, whereas Non-Institutional Investors Portion was subscribed 0.98 times. The issue kicked off for subscription on Friday, March 15, 2024 and will close on Tuesday, March 19, 2024.

A day prior to the opening of the issue, KP Green Engineering Ltd had raised Rs 54 crores from anchor investors.
