Ksolves India Limited declares 3rd interim dividend of Rs. 5

The Board of Directors of Ksolves India Limited at its meeting held today i.e., Wednesday, March 13, 2024, have considered and declared 3rd interim dividend of Rs.5/- per share for the financial year 2023-24 on its fully paid-up Equity share Capital of the Company.

The Dividend shall be paid within the statutory time limit to the equity shareholders of the Company, whose names would appear on the Register of Members of the Company as on the Record date fixed i.e. March 21, 2024.

Shares of Ksolves India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1050.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1164.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 29014 in over 4338 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1162.90 and intraday low of 1043.20. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 31020673.00.
