Dhatre Udyog Ltd fixes March 29, 2024 as record date for stock split

The Board of Directors of Dhatre Udyog Ltd (Formerly known as Narayani Steels Limited) at their meeting held on 12th day of March, 2024 has, approved and fixed the 'Record Date' i.e. 'Friday, March 29, 2024' for the purpose of sub-division / split of each equity share having face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each, fully paid-up into Ten (10) equity shares having face value of Rs. 1/- (Rupees One only) each fully paid-up.
