The Board of Directors of Dhatre Udyog Ltd (Formerly known as Narayani Steels Limited) at their meeting held on 12th day of March, 2024 has, considered and approved the proposal for entering into new line of Business. The Board approved proposal to diversify its business by entering into the business of Real Estate in addition to its existing business.
The proposed residential project has received drawing approval from the Adityapur Municipal Corporation for the construction of a premium residential project in Adityapur, J amshedpur. The project is planned to have a total built-up area of 4,85,000 sq.ft.
