Lemon Tree Hotels signs a new property in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Lemon Tree Hotels announced its latest signing - Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Coimbatore. The property is expected to open in FY26 and shall be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary and the management arm of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.

Coimbatore, the third largest city, in Tamil Nadu is also one of its most industrialised. Located in the centre of the city of Coimbatore is the Sree Ayyappan Temple which is dedicated to Lord Sree Ayyappa. This temple in Coimbatore has been built on the same lines as of the original Sabarimala Temple in Kerala. Travellers to Coimbatore make it a point to visit the Vydehi Waterfall, known for its picturesque views and verdant setting.

Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Coimbatore will feature 40 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant and a meeting room.

The Coimbatore International Airport is about 10 kms from the property, while the Coimbatore Railway Station is about 3 kms away. The hotel is connected by both public and private transport from all major cities in India.

Lemon Tree Hotels is expanding its portfolio in Tamil Nadu and this opening will be in addition to five existing and one upcoming properties in the state which has several tourist attractions that showcase its historical and religious significance.

Shares of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 139.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 139.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 145354 in over 2616 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 140.20 and intraday low of 137.30. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 20207816.00.
