Sai Silks Kalamandir Limited to foray into silver jewellery under 'Rasamayi' brand

The Board of Directors of Sai Silks (Kalamandir) Limited at their just concluded meeting have discussed and approved for entering into new segment of silver jewellery under the brand of "Rasamayi" which deals with trading of various kinds of silver jewellery items.

The Ethnic Silver Jewellery items and premium silver accessories (i.e., Bracelets, Rings, Necklace, Ear rings etc.,) will be launched on 20th March, 2024.

The aforesaid new silver jewellery segment is funded by company internal accruals and not with the IPO funds.

Shares of Sai Silks Kalamandir Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 210.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 205.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 42911 in over 1592 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 212.60 and intraday low of 205.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 8936854.00.
