PNC Infratech Ltd executes concession agreement for HAM project with MPRDC

PNC Infratech Limited informs execution of concession agreement between M.P. Road Development Corporation Ltd. (MPRDC) and the Special Purpose Vehicle incorporated by the Company namely WESTERN BHOPAL BYPASS PRIVATE LIMITED for implementation of the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) Project on 07 March 2024. The project is "Construction of Western Bhopal Bypass as 4-lane with paved shoulder along with service road starts from Km 424.0 to Jabalpur-Bhopal Road (NH-46) and end at Km 21.0 of BhopalDewas Road (SH-28) (Design length- 40.90 Km) in the State of Madhya Pradesh on Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM)".

The above project is to be constructed in 24 months upon declaration of appointed date and operated for 15 years, post construction.

Shares of PNC Infratech Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 437.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 446.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 60480 in over 1596 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 447.90 and intraday low of 430.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 26570523.00.
