Sudarshan Chemical Industries Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 3.60

The Board of Directors of Sudarshan Chemical Industries Limited at its meeting held today i.e. on Wednesday, 6th March, 2024, has approved and declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 3.60/- (Three Rupees and Sixty Paise only) (i.e. 180%) per Equity Share of Rs. 2/- each fully paid up, for the Financial Year 2023-24.

The Interim Dividend shall be paid on or before Saturday, 30th March, 2024, to the Equity Shareholders of the Company, whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as Beneficial Owners of the Equity Shares as on Tuesday, 19th March, 2024, which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose.

Shares of Sudarshan Chemical Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 566.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 572.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 14188 in over 829 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 580.25 and intraday low of 557.40. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 8011782.00.
