DCM Nouvelle Specialty Chemicals Ltd commissions new plant

DCM Nouvelle Ltd's subsidiary DCM Nouvelle Specialty Chemicals Limited (DCMSCL), completed the Commissioning of Chemical plant situated at DMIC Vikram Udyogpuri Limited, Plot No 91, 92, 93, Industrial Township DMIC Vikram Udyogpuri, Village Narvar, Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh- 456 664.

The new manufacturing facility of the DCMSCL has the capacity to produce upto 11800 MT annually. This state-of-the-art facility is expected to cater to the rising demand for the Company's new products.

DCMSCL has identified the following products in Phase-I for the Commercial production:

A. Alkyl Amines

1. Cyclohexylamine (CHA)
2. Di Cyclohexylamine (DCHA)

B. Aromatic Amines

3. Benzylamine (BA)
4. Dibenzylamine (DBA)

Product development for all above products is already completed and ready for the commercial production in Batch process model.

DCMSCL has also identified the following products for the upcoming Phase-II for Commercial Production:

1. Mono n-butylamine
2. Di n-butylamine
3. Tri n-butylamine
4. o-phenylenediamine
5. p-phenylenediamine
6. m-phenylenediamine

The Research and Development Lab dedicated to these products is already established. Development process for these products is also commenced.

DCMSCL has commenced its commercial production for the products Benzylamine (BA) and Dibenzylamine (DBA) from today i.e. March 01, 2024.

DCMSCL is pleased to announce that it will launch its official website very soon and link of the same will be intimated separately.

Company incurred a total Rs. 85 Crore (approx.) for completing this first phase of the Specialty Chemical Project. The Company and its management are currently assessing various financing options for additional investments for the next phase of the project.

Shares of DCM Nouvelle Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 181.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 179.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2437 in over 117 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 182.55 and intraday low of 179.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 441540.00.
