Abans Enterprises Ltd acquires shares of Abans Jewels Ltd

The Board of Directors of Abans Enterprises Limited at their meeting held today i.e. March 01, 2024, have considered and approved the acquisition of 2,27,273 (Two Lakhs Twenty-Seven Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-Three) equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each i.e. 6.10% shareholding of Abans Jewels Limited (formerly known as Abans Jewels Private Limited), subsidiary of the Company, from Siddhant Commercials Private Limited (earstwhile known as Teesta Retail Private Limited).

Further, pursuant to the above acquisition, Abans Jewels Limited (formerly known as Abans Jewels Private Limited) shall become the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

Shares of Abans Enterprises Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 142.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 148.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1209 in over 29 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 146.15 and intraday low of 140.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 170879.00.
