Shukra Pharmaceuticals Ltd recommends 3:1 bonus issue

The Board of Directors of Shukra Pharmaceuticals Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. February 29,2024, has considered and approved the issue of Bonus Shares in the proportion of 3:1 i.e. 3 (Three) fully paid-up bonus equity share of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each for every 1 (One) fully paid-up equity share of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each held by the Members of the Company as on the Record Date, subject to approval of Members of the Company through Postal Ballot.

Shares of Shukra Pharmaceuticals Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 289.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 276.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 186053 in over 2500 trades.
