Five-Star Business Finance Ltd to raise Rs. 2500 crores through NCDs

The Board of Directors of Five-Star Business Finance Limited at its meeting held on Thursday, February 29, 2024, has considered and approved the issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) aggregating upto INR 2,500 Crores through private placement, in one or more tranches and/or series from time to time.

Shares of Five-Star Business Finance Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 705.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 708.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6846 in over 709 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 716.95 and intraday low of 698.70. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4831347.00.
