NBCC updates on sale of Commercial Built Up Space at Ayurvigyan Nagar, New Delhi

NBCC India Ltd has successfully executed the e-auction of approx. 61000 sqft Commercial Built Up Area at Ayurvigyan Nagar, New Delhi. The total deal is valued at Rs. 272.68 Cr. M/s Grid Controller of India Ltd. (A PSU under Ministry of Power) participated in thee-auction and secured the deal.

Basic sale price of the project is Rs. 36,000/- Per Sqft. The commercial space sold through e-auction is a part of Redevelopment Project being executed by NBCC for AIIMS Delhi. The proceeds received from the sale will be utilised for construction of houses for Faculty and Staff members of AIIMS Delhi.

The project, popularly known as "Grande Rue" has 3 levels of Basement adequate for parking of 150 Cars and consists of Ground+3 Storeys of Commercial built up spaces.

Strategically located in the prime area of South Delhi, the project boasts excellent connectivity with public transport and enjoys the advantage of being centrally located in the business hub of Delhi.

Shares of NBCC (India) Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 132.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 138.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 773232 in over 11334 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 139.15 and intraday low of 131.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 103657901.00.
