Sion Investment Holdings Pte Limited ('Sion'), promoter of CMS Info Systems Limited (the 'Company'), has today sold 41,771,975 equity shares (representing approximately 26.66% of the total issued and paid-up equity share capital) through Block Deal on exchange platform. Post the aforesaid transaction, the shareholding of Sion in the Company has become 'Nil'.

Shares of CMS Info Systems Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 385.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 397.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 45328746 in over 52491 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 398.70 and intraday low of 370.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 16841091866.00.
