ELANTAS Beck India Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 5

The Board of Directors of ELANTAS Beck India Ltd at its meeting held on Tuesday, 20th February, 2024, has, approved and recommended a final dividend of Rs. 5/- per fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each (face value) i.e. for the financial year ended 31st December, 2023, subject to deduction of tax, as applicable and approval of Members at the ensuing sixty-eighth Annual General Meeting.

The Company will inform in due course, the date of sixty-eighth (68th) Annual General Meeting and the date of payment of dividend.
