Exhicon Event Media Solutions Ltd signs MOU with Ammararsh Infra Developers Pvt Ltd

Exhicon Event Media Solutions Limited ("the Company"), has signed the Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with Ammararsh Infra Developers Private Limited on February 19, 2024 to appoint them as Official Channel Partner for acquisition of Land in Ayodhya for development of an an Experience Center, A Multipurpose Event Venue, and to manage the Business Operations of the Company in Ayodhya.

With this MOU, Exhicon stands poised to thrive, creating memorable experiences and contributing to the city's vibrant cultural and economical Landscape.

Exhicon to acquire 25 Acres of land in Ayodhya on PPP model for the development of an exclusive Experience Center, catering to diverse interests and promoting cultural immersion. This strategic move aligns with Exhicon's vision to create unique, immersive experiences for and contribute to the local economy.

Shares of Exhicon Events Media Solutions Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 403.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 394.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 15500 in over 30 trades.
