Astra Microwave Products Ltd forms new subsidiary for space business foray

Astra Microwave Products Ltd has announced that the wholly-owned subsidiary of the company in the name of 'ASTRA SPACE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED" has been incorporated on February 17, 2024.

The new subsidiary will carry out business of design, development, manufacture and integration of satellites, satellite pay loads, launching of satellites and establishment of ground stations for satellite tracking.

Shares of Astra Microwave Products Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 650.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 672.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 76126 in over 2589 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 689.10 and intraday low of 647.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 50696144.00.
