Kotak Mahindra Bank converts indirect subsidiaries into direct subsidiaries

With reference to the earlier announcement regarding conversion of indirect subsidiaries of the Bank into direct subsidiaries, subject to necessary approval.

Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd has announced that Kotak Mahindra (International) Ltd, Kotak Mahindra (UK) Ltd, Kotak Mahindra Inc and Global Investment Opportunities Fund Ltd have also become direct subsidiaries of the Bank as the Bank has acquired 51% of the paid up share capital of each of these Companies.
