Health Care Energy Foods Pvt Ltd approves investment in Unisphere Industries Pvt Ltd

The Material Subsidiary of Sai Capital Limited, M/s. Health Care Energy Foods Private Limited (CIN: U70109DL2007PTC161756), has approved an investment in the Equity Share Capital by way of Rights Issue of its wholly owned subsidiary i.e., M/s. Unisphere Industries Private Limited (CIN: U70109DL2019PTC358253), a step-down subsidiary of the Company, up to an amount of Rs. 3,00,00,000/- (Rupees Three Crore), subject to the approval of the Audit Committee of the Holding Company i.e., M/s. Sai Capital Limited.

The Audit Committee of the Holding Company, M/s. Sai Capital Limited at its meeting held today, i.e. February 14, 2024, has reviewed and approved the proposed Investment to be made by its Material Subsidiary, M/s. Health Care Energy Foods Private Limited in the step-down subsidiary of the Company, M/s. Unisphere Industries Private Limited.

Shares of SAI CAPITAL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 150.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 142.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1299 in over 21 trades.
