HPCL declares interim dividend of Rs. 15

The Board of directors of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) has declared an Interim Dividend of 150% i.e. Rs. 15 per equity share of face value of Rs.10/- each for the year 2023-2024.

The Board has also fixed February 7, 2024 as the "record date" for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of interim dividend. The said Interim Dividend would be paid to eligible shareholders on or before February 23, 2024.

Shares of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 430.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 452.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5939734 in over 11492 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 457.15 and intraday low of 417.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2675059183.00.
