The Board of Directors of Route Mobile Ltd in their meeting held on January 23, 2024 has approved Third Interim Dividend for FY 2023-24 of Rs. 3 per share.
February 1, 2024 has been fixed as the record date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of the shareholders for payment of Third Interim Dividend.
The Interim Dividend approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, will be paid to the Members on or before February 20, 2024.
