Bigbloc Construction Ltd declares 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 0.20

The Board of directors of BIGBLOC CONSTRUCTION LIMITED has approved the declaration of Second Interim Dividend at the rate of 10% per Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each fully paid up, i.e. Rs 0.20/- per Equity Share on 7,07,87,875 numbers of Equity Shares of the Company for the FY 2023-24.

The Record date for the purpose of entitlement of Interim Dividend by Equity Shareholders shall be Thursday, February 01, 2024.

The Board took note that Promoter Group shareholders comprising of 60.03% shares of the Company are waiving their Interim Dividend considering the forthcoming expansions of the Company. Letters for the same are already received by the Company.
