Kanani Industries Ltd fixes Jan 25, 2024 as record date for 1:1 bonus issue

Kanani Industries Limited ("the Company") has fixed the record date as Thursday, 25th January, 2024, in order to determine the number of shareholders entitled for Bonus Equity shares in the ratio of 1: 1 (i.e. One bonus equity share of Re. 1/- each for every one equity share of Re. 1/- each held by the shareholders), which was approved by the shareholders in the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 15th January, 2024.

The shareholders whose names stand registered on the Company's register of Members in respect of physical shares and on the Register of beneficial owners maintained by Depositories in respect of the shares held in electronic form as of closing of 25 January, 2024 shall be entitled to receive the above bonus shares.

Shares of Kanani Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 8.29 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 8.72. The total number of shares traded during the day was 550942 in over 1156 trades.
