Sheela Foam Limited increases stake in Kurlon Enterprise Ltd to 97.23%

Sheela Foam Limited has announced the acquisition of Kurlon Enterprise Limited (KEL). The Company has completed the acquisition of 2.57% of the share capital of KEL for an aggregate consideration of approximately INR 55.33 crores.

Sheela Foam Limited now holds 97.23% of the share capital of KEL.

Shares of Sheela Foam Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1225.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1240.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2007 in over 392 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1259.85 and intraday low of 1216.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2464610.00.
