HDFC securities appoints Neetika Bhatia as Chief Human Resource Officer

Leading investment services provider HDFC securities has announced the appointment of Neetika Bhatia for the position of Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO). She will be heading Human Resources, Learning and Development, and Admin & Infrastructure.

Neetika has over 17 years of experience, with expertise in talent and leadership development; rewards, and change management. Prior to her appointment, she has worked with organizations like Citibank, Atos Origin, and Trica. Neetika holds her MBA in Human Resources from Management Development Institute (MDI) Gurgaon.
