Hind Rectifiers Limited updates on VRS to employees

Hind Rectifiers Limited had earlier announced regarding the Voluntary Retirement Scheme ("Scheme") of the Company. The Scheme, which was implemented in the Company on December 22, 2023, was concluded on January 5, 2023.

Pursuant to the Scheme, 75 employees have opted to accept the Scheme and total compensation paid to them is Rs. 699.22 lakhs.

Shares of Hind Rectifiers Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 562.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 537.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1328 in over 157 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 575.00 and intraday low of 538.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 748281.00.
