Ace investor Porinu Veliyath invests in Kerala Ayurveda Ltd's preferential issue

Pursuant to receipt of approval of shareholders on 20th December 2023, the Board of Directors of Kerala Ayurveda Limited, vide circular resolution passed on 04 January 2024 has approved the allotment of 9,21,781 Equity Shares on preferential basis at a price of Rs. 230 per share aggregating to Rs. 21,20,09,630 to the below mentioned allottees:

Sashikanth Balachandar - 43,478 shares.

Consequent to the said allotment, the Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company has increased from Rs.11,11,06,700/- (Rupees Eleven Crores Eleven Lakhs Six Thousand and Seven Hundred Only) divided into 1,11,10,670 (One Crore Eleven Lakh Ten Thousand Six Hundred and Seventy) equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.to Rs. 12,03,24,510 (Rupees Twelve Crores Three Lakhs Twenty-Four Thousand Five Hundred and Ten Only) divided into 1,20,32,451 (One crore Twenty Lakhs Thirty-Two Thousand Four Hundred and Fifty-one) equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
