Mold-Tek Packaging Limited's new unit situated at Panipat, Haryana, India, will be inaugurated today i.e. on Wednesday, the 3rd day of January, 2024, at 03:10 p.m. (IST) in the august presence of esteemed Directors and Officials of the Company.
Further, the Commercial Production / Commercial Operation(s) at the said unit will commence on or before 31st March,2024.
With the above project, the company's existing capacity of 47,290 MTA (Total existing capacity of the Company) which is running approx. at 70% capacity utilization will add another 2,500 MTA.
The above expansion was done at a cost of Rs. 35 crores through a mix of internal accruals and debt.
The new capaicty will cater to cater to the requirement of M/s. Grasim Industries (Aditya Birla GroupPaints Division) and Food & FMCG products.
Shares of Mold-Tek Packaging Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 924.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 920.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7171 in over 562 trades.
The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 937.20 and intraday low of 907.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6618468.00.
