Shreeji Translogistics Ltd fixes Feb 8, 2024 as record date for 1:3 bonus issue

Shreeji Translogistics Limited has fixed Thursday, 8th February, 2024 as the 'Record Date' for the purpose of determining eligible shareholders for issue and allotment of fully paid Bonus shares of face value of Rs.2/- (Rupees Two only) in the ratio of 1 (One) Equity Share for every 3 (Three) Equity Shares each fully paid-up, subject to approval of shareholders to be obtained by way of Postal Ballot through remote e-voting process.
