Srinagar Banihal Expressway Ltd updates on OTS with lenders

Srinagar Banihal Expressway Limited (SBEL), a material Subsidiary of Ramky Infrastructure Limited had entered into a One-time Settlement of Debt with lenders for a settlement amount of INR 1245.49 Crore.

The Company has till 30.09.2023 paid INR 425 Crore and on 30.12.2023 paid another INR 330 Crore, cumulatively total repayment amounting to INR.755 Crore.

Lenders have consented and extended the due date for balance repayment of INR 516.02 Crore (inclusive of interest calculated till 31.12.2023) till 30th January 2024 without treating it as default.

Shares of Ramky Infrastructure Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 793.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 768.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8066 in over 769 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 801.45 and intraday low of 764.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6286578.00.
