Integra Essentia Ltd fixes Jan 11, 2024 as record date for 1:1 Bonus Issue

Integra Essentia Limited has fixed Thursday, January 11, 2024 as the Record Date for determining the shareholders eligible for Bonus Issue of 1 (One) equity share of Rs. 1/- (Rupees One) each for every 1 (One) existing equity shares of Rs. 1/- (Rupees One) each.

The abovementioned Bonus Issue was recommended by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Monday, November 27, 2023 and subsequently approval of the members have already been obtained through postal ballot on Friday, December 29, 2023.

Shares of Integra Essentia Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 6.99 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 7.02. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2848225 in over 2109 trades.
