Dhruv Consultancy Services Ltd receives LOA for order

Dhruv Consultancy Services Limited in association with Designilla Private Limited has received the "LOA" towards the Consultancy Services especially for Independent Engineer services during Operation & Maintenance Period for 2 laning of Khagaria - Purnea Section of NH - 31 from Km. 270.00 to Km. 410.00 in the state of Bihar under NHDP III on Design, Built, Finance, Operate and Transfer (DBOT) Annuity mode from the office of Regional Officer, National Highways Authority of India, Bihar ('the Authority') having reference No. NHAI/RO-PAT/KhagPur/O&M/IE/2014/2750 dated December 22, 2023, as received on December 26, 2023 directly by the company i.e. Dhruv Consultancy Services Limited.

Contract price for the said Project will be Rs. 5,56,57,000/- Exclusive of GST (Rupees Five Crores Fifty Six Lacs Fifty Seven Thousand Only). The Contract period will be of 60 months.

The Company is required to furnish the Performance Bank Guarantee within 15 days from the issuance of LOA and to complete the contract agreement execution as per RFP document.

Shares of Dhruv Consultancy Services Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 57.93 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 57.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4929 in over 119 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 58.92 and intraday low of 57.11. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 285776.00.
