Akshar Spintex Ltd recommends 1:5 bonus issue

The Board of directors of Akshar Spintex Ltd has approved and recommended Issue of Bonus Shares and decided as under to recommend increase in the Authorized Share Capital of the Company.

The board recommended a bonus issue in the ratio of 1:5 ie. 1 (One) New Bonus Equity Share for every 5 (Five) existing fully paid up Equity Shares of Rs 1/- each, subject to approval by the members of the company.
