SBI raises USD 250 Mio through Senior Unsecured Green Bond

State Bank of India has concluded the issuance of USD 250 Mio Senior Unsecured Green Floating Rate Notes having maturity of 5 years and coupon of O/N Compound SOFR+120bps p.a. payable semi-annually under Regulation-S. The Bonds will be issued through our London branch as of 29th December 2023.

Shares of State Bank of India was last trading in BSE at Rs. 636.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 643.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1383434 in over 24444 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 649.40 and intraday low of 635.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 887118162.00.
