Signatureglobal India Ltd to develop land in Sector 92, Gurgaon

Signature Infrabuild Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Signatureglobal India Ltd, had entered into Collaboration Agreement on 3rd June, 2021 for developing licensed land of 8.31 acre located at village Mevka, Sector 92, Gurgaon, Haryana (one of the most rapidly developing cities of Delhi NCR).

A Conveyance Deed for 7.26 acre land (out of the said 8.31 acre) has now been executed today i.e. 21st December, 2023 in the said subsidiary company. The total land of 8.31 acre has an overall developable area of approximate 1.04 million square feet.

Shares of Signatureglobal India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 807.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 802.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 14893 in over 1074 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 810.00 and intraday low of 779.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 11868594.00.
