Prime Securities Board declares 15% interim dividend

Prime Securities Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 20, 2006 has declared an Interim Dividend of 15% (i.e. Re 0.75 per equity share of Rs 5/- each) for the financial year 2006-07.
