Gretex Share Broking Limited, material Subsidiary of Gretex Corporate Services Limited, has submitted Draft Red Herring Prospectus with Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). Gretex Share Broking Limited is proposed to be listed on main Board of BSE and NSE.
