Selan Exploration Technology Ltd rceives nod for transfer of PI

Selan Exploration Technology Limited (the 'Company') has received a letter conveying the approval of Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Government of India for transfer of 100% (One Hundred Percent) Participating Interest from PFH Oil and Gas Private Limited to the Company w.r.t. Contract area CB/ONDSF/ELAO/2016.

With this, the company becomes the Contractor of Contract area CB/ONDSF/ELAO/2016. The Company shall now initiate project execution activities in due course of time.

Shares of Selan Exploration Technology Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 471.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 478.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6358 in over 468 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 484.10 and intraday low of 470.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3020852.00.
